I came to John F Sipp & Associates from a career in early childhood education. I told them during the first interview that I was bringing to the table a plethora of skills including organizational support and computer skills, but I had no interest in selling. We all agreed and the fun started! It did not take me long to realize that helping people solve the problem of how to provide their families with adequate health care products and "sales" were one and the same. I never looked back. I received the prestigious Leading Producer Roundtable Award in 2000 from the National Association of Health Underwriters - just five months after being licensed - and I continued to receive the award consecutively for six years.

As in life, work changes are inevitable and part of how we continue to learn and grow. Working with a team of enthusiastic and caring agents at John F Sipp & Associates was an experience of professional and personal growth. The agency continues to set itself apart by the loyal and caring agents providing understanding, caring and knowledge to each client. I have changed careers, maintained my license, and continue to educate others and grow professionally.
